We ship nationwide. Our baked goods are made fresh to order, and will remain fresh for five days, at room temperature, and up to two months frozen. We ship Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed after 12 p.m EST on Wednesdays, will be shipped the following Monday. Please call 513.489.9600 for local orders or with any questions.

Priority Shipping: All orders placed by 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Our cookies are baked to order, and may take up to 2 days before they ship. Please allow 5-7 days for your cookies to arrive after your order is placed.

Alternately, you may specify an exact arrival date (after the 5-7 day processing period) when placing an order. Donna’s Gourmet Cookies will ensure that your goodies are baked and shipped in time to arrive by your chosen date.
